Největší překážkou čitelnosti displeje jsou nežádoucí odrazy nebo oslnění. Právě zde hrají specializované úpravy skla klíčovou roli. Přestože se termíny často používají zaměnitelně, antireflexní (AR) a antioslnivá (AG) skla představují odlišná řešení navržená pro různé výzvy.

Sklo Clearsight s AR povlakem

Téměř neviditelné sklo

Díky speciální antireflexní vrstvě je sklo Clearsight ideální volbou pro aplikace vyžadující maximální průhlednost a minimální odrazy.

AR vrstva snižuje oslnění a omezuje odraz světla na méně než 1 %, což je výrazně méně než běžných 8 % u klasického plaveného skla.

Je to tenká vrstva, která redukuje odrazy světla a zvyšuje jeho průchodnost, čímž zlepšuje viditelnost, tedy čitelnost, obrazovky a snižuje únavu očí.

LST sklo s AG povrchem

Dokonalý kontrast a věrné barvy

Vyrobeno z extra tenkého plaveného skla, antioslnivá úprava LST má za cíl snížit negativní účinky dopadajícího světla rozptýlením odrazů.

Velmi specifický horizontální proces leptání kyselinou AGC zajišťuje vyšší homogenitu antioslnivých produktů, a to i ve velkých rozměrech.

Sklo LST kombinuje funkci proti oslnění s optimálním kontrastem a věrným podáním barev při kontrolované mlžnosti.

What is our standard delivery time?

  • Standard Glass Processing: 3–5 weeks from order confirmation

  • Complex or Specialized Products (e.g. laminated safety glass): 8–12 weeks from order confirmation

What are the minimum and maximum sizes we can produce?

    • Grinding: from 250 × 450 mm

    • Printing and other specialized finishes: from 300 × 400 mm

What standards does our glass meet?

All our products meet strict European standards (EN) focused on glass products. If you have a specific requirement for impact resistance, e.g. IK code according to EN 62262, we assess compliance by comparing it with the properties defined in EN 12600 and EN 356.

Standards for glass products:

• EN 12150: Standard for thermally toughened (tempered) safety glass.

• EN 12600: Standard specifying the impact resistance of glass (pendulum test), which defines its safety properties when broken. Glass meeting this standard is designated by the classification 2B2 or 1B1 and determines the protection of people against injury and falling through the glazing.

• EN 356: Standard for laminated safety glass, which tests its resistance to vandalism and burglary. Glass meeting this standard is designated by the classification P1A/P2A and higher.
